- Mawdesley Tennis Club 2011 Membership Form >>>
- Membership at Mawdesley Tennis Club is now an annual membership and runs from January 1st - December 31st each year.
- For existing Mawdesley Tennis Club Members the 2011 membership fees are due by 28th February 2011.
- New members are welcome to join at any point during the year and should contact Kim White (Membership Representative) on:
- To become a 2011 member, you should return a completed 2011 membership form with a cheque made payabale to 'Mawdesley Tennis Club', to the Club Treasuer - Cath Brodie (postal address details on the application form)
